Banned from FB again

Beware everyone - I couldn't sign in to my FB account and got a security message - I was sent a code to my mobile, that I had to enter. Then I had to copy a re-captcha. Then out of the blue, a message appeared saying that I have a 30 day ban because I have been posting spam on my page

I only use FB for comping and have managed to win a few despite having no friends :rotfl:

but I do think it's a bit harsh to impose these bans without any warning.

I've been very careful to untick the "show in newsfeed" and most days have deleted a lot of the newsfeed. But there have been quite a lot of like and share comps recently that I have entered - maybe will have to not do those in future, that is, if I ever get back on!

This happened to me 8 times before they decided to ban me forever.

I thought I would miss it a lot, but to be honest I am pleased I'm not on there now. If it's not people having cat fights it's fake comps

Hey, it's got nothing to do with being a geek or not!

It's got everything to do with money and what their biggest (financial) contributors want them to do. It's political. They need to keep the general public petrified in order to continue justifying their breaches of privacy. Especially after all the recent scandal about FB sharing info with CIA, FBI, Scotland Yard etc.

Seems they've climbed down re the decapitation thing, at least partially. It was reported on the news yesterday something like, people will not be allowed to use FB for anything that glorifies violence.

Don't know if we can use it for things that glorify comping though
