i also registered ages ago and it said you would get a free face mask but i never got one i have even emailed the company and they have said they only send out the bundle to a few selected people i said i know that but it said you get a free face mask when you join and they never responded!

Yes, I remember that - they definitely did promise to send out that face mask (I didn't get mine either)... my guess is that they had too good a response and then tried to deny all knowledge... :rolleyes: However, if you get the email newsletter, they often run competitions in which you can win 1 of 50 or 1 of 100 sachets of product. I've had a 'free' face mask that way, so I feel vindicated.

I emailed them and said that I had been a member for over a year and never got anything.
They said that each time they randomly pick 100 people from the 50,000 on there books but if I wanted to be involved in the next lot to email them back !

I've been on this for over a year and have yet to receive even an e mail from them. Just tried to sign up again to find that I am registered, thought they would at least send out newsletters or offers, but nada!Ooh, I've gotta little star! What's that for then?!!0

That's odd - I get an email newsletter from them every couple of months or so. Might be worth contacting them if you want to go on the email list.0
