I haven't either. Perhaps there is some cookie attached to your original survey link email so they know?

I love their masks, although until recently with the freebie, hadn't used for a while. Loving them again now, so would be nice to sample more!

I've just completed the survey again using Chrome, instead of Opera, and this time it asked for my email address, which should be tied in to my personal details registered with the beauty panel.

I feel it has gone through properly now (finally!), so for Opera users, please copy, and paste the URL into another browser.

Well they must have received something the first time, as just received a Dead Sea Mud Spa mask. Delighted!

I got two masks after registering a dead sea mud pack and one which was a fabric mask that you put on that had the clay infused so no smearing on the face pack, both were great and even if i don't get anything else i'm chuffed that i've had two freebies out of it!!

Thanks for this - I have just done the survey again using a different computer and this time it asked for my email address which it didn't first time round. Not sure whether this is a new question they have added at a later date as was question 11 or whether it just didn't load properly first time round.

I think both responses must have gone through, as received 2 different envelopes today, each containing 2 masks, as thanks.

I used to love their products, and these freebies have re-kindled my interest in their brand. After this final 4 have been used, will definitely re-purchase. I feel good about receiving the free 6 masks, as for me the promo has been a success as will definitely start buying from them again. :T
