Flat Screen TV's

Hi, I hope that someone can help me. My bedroom tv is giving up the ghost and I would like to replace it with a:

Flat Screen (about 20 inches)
Built in DVD
Built in Freeview
Good sound quality
Sleep timer

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

I don't mind looking at refurbished tv's. I've looked back on the chat and found some refurb Toshiba's, but they don't have freeview or dvd in them.
