Hi, we have just received a copy of the CCA which was signed in August 2005, confirmation of transfer from NRAM and a breakdown of payments made since inception.
What advice would you give me from this point?
Thanks in advance of your help and guidance0 -
Hi
If the info received is all correct then I would write to them to make the same monthly repayment offer you were making to NRAM, saying that your circumstances haven't changed and this is currently all you can afford.
If you are paying by standing order then add in asking for their bank details so you can set up a standing order to them.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
