Hi All,
I am looking to get a buy to let mortgage on a property which i already own 50% of it . I need to buy the other 50%.
I am not a EU citizen and on work permit which has roughly 2 years and 5 month left .
I believe I meet all of the critirion of the lender apart from some whom need 3 year or longer validity on the current visa. Does anyone know of any banks that is not strict on the length ?
I have heard natwest is ok.
Thanks
