BR & getting a mortgage afterwards - Questions

For those of you who got a mortgage post BR, how long did it take you to get accepted and how long after discharge was it?

What sort of interest rate did you get? And on what amount?

Any information about your mortgage journey would be much appreciated!

I just applied for a remortgage 3 years after discharge. Got the standard rate. Was told by the mortgage advisor that bankruptcy isn't even taken into account two years after discharge. I think it's because mortgages aren't included in bankruptcies anyway.
