Selling Home To Clear Debts

Hi All,
Please could you give me a little advice.
I have decided i will have to sell my house to clear some large debts, i have no other way of raising the money, i will then move back in with my parents.
I am a NRP im self employed and do pay for my child through the CSA.
My question is, if after the sale of my house i am left with some money, do i have to give some of this to the PWC through the CSA, my house was never a family home, i was never married and PWC never lived here.
If there is money left after the sale and i invested it to try and save up for a new property how would this affect my assesment?
Thanks Joe,
