Thank you his wife, it's not looking good :-(
I did a lot of reading up last night on csa complaints an how to deal with them,
Today I'm writing to them requesting a full copy of my file so I can start seeing where they have ignore my letters and where they mucked things up, it seems if you can prove csa are failing you then you have grounds to complain to an independent body, with this in place I can take it to court, it costs £250 to file however its worth it because in court he has to prove her kids live there.
If you send me a pm ill keep you up to date at this post may fade away with the length this takes lol.

It is so unfair that CSA say their legal liability is with whoever gets the CB.They told us that if pwc is claiming CB (for a different reason than yours though!)that is all they are concerned with.We are having the same problem they say we have to pay even if she is claiming fraudulently !We've had enough now though ! MP involved !0

travel chick, as far as the csa is concerned as long as cb is payable, the rest is history, its the actual cb you need to stop!! how you do that, god only knows!! if you know something i dont know, then please share
I have emailed complaints so many times its ridiculous, i will be done for stalking before long.
Cally,, i ha our mp involved and basically they reached the same dead end as me, as cb will not disclose any information with them.0 -
I really do urge you to appeal the decision whilst you investigate further. There are time constraints which determine whether an appeal can be lodged against a decision - 28 days in the first instance with a maximum of 12 months further for a 'late' appeal to be considered.0
