1. In these prize draw terms and conditions, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ refer to Barclays Bank PLC, and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to anyone who meets the requirements set out in condition 4 below and enters this prize draw.
2. Entry into this prize draw is free.
3. There is one main prize, a cash amount of £5,000 and 2 runners-up prizes of £100 John Lewis vouchers each.
4. This prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over resident in the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), excluding employees of Barclays Bank PLC or anyone materially connected to the administration of the prize draw.
5. Entry to the draw is by;

• downloading the Barclays Homeowner app* (“app”) from the App Store or Google Play;
• locating three fictitious properties all with the words “Bouncy Castle” appearing in the property title;
• answering the question posed in the property description;
• submitting your full name, date of birth, email address, telephone or mobile number and the correct answer to the prize draw question via 'Email Estate Agent' button on the app (date of birth and answer should be inserted in the text box on the email Estate Agent app page).

6. All entrants agree that the personal data you provide under condition 5 will be used for the administration of this prize draw and will not be processed for any other purpose.
7. Closing date for the receipt of prize draw entries is 23:59 hours on 1 November 2013. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, incomplete or illegible. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Entries may be disqualified if incomplete or illegible.
8. Only one entry per person may be submitted which will then become our property and will not be returned.
9. The draw will take place on 08 November 2013 and will be supervised by an independent observer (“Draw Date”).
10. The main prize will be awarded to the first eligible entry drawn and the runner-up prizes will be awarded to the 10 subsequent eligible entries drawn.
11. The winners will be notified by telephone or mobile by 15 November 2013.
12. The winners will receive their prizes by post or courier no later than 30 November 2013.
13. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days from the Draw Date, an alternative winner will be drawn.
14. The name and county of the winners and the name of the independent observer will be available to anyone sending a stamped addressed envelope to Barclays Homeowner app Prize Draw, 24.A.11.04, Barclays Bank Plc, 1 Churchill Place, London, E14 5HP within 28 days of the published closing date.
15. The main prize of £5,000 will be paid by cheque unless we agree otherwise with the winners. The winners can decide how they will use the money.
16. The winners are responsible for any tax liability which arises as a result of being given the prize, and if necessary the winners should consider whether you need to get independent tax advice before accepting the prize.
17. We reserve the right to publish the name, photograph, and county of the winners or to publicize the prize-giving presentation after the Draw Date and before 1 November 2014.
18. All entrants to the prize draw will be deemed to have accepted the rules.
19. The prize draw may be promoted in our other promotions before the closing date.
20. No alternatives to the prizes offered will be given.
21. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

Android app won't work on rooted devices like most Barclay's apps.

Sorry to bump but notice that the apps permissions include being able to read your phone's call log, including data about incoming and outgoing calls and to save the data, and also to read data about the contacts on your phone including how you contact them and the frequency you contact them!

App also asks for permission to see where you are if your on a tablet
And I saw no way of not giving permission
So I have passed on this one despite the prize
