You need to click into the A6 icon (landscape or portrait) on the 1st page then upload that way and it comes up. I went through the drop down menus 1st and it never worked.

Ha...tried the A6 click and it worked...obviously a glitch, not sure if this will be honoured.

Did first order before I saw the codes £2.70
So did another order with the codes £1.36
Told my sisters about it too! Clearly the decimal point is in the wrong place, looking at the other number option costs in the list! Oops!
