No, I wasn't eating it just blowing my nose. Anyway, strong smell of yesterday's rice from it. Anyone else?
Not sure why I'm posting this, not suggesting it as a practical money-saving tip (roll your white rice in tp to fake basmati) just thought it was strange. And very definite. What is it that is smelling the same?

If you haven't cooked rice at all this week I would be wondering whether the manufacturer was using rice starch as an ingredient to bind the paper fibres together - especially if it's the recycled stuff like Nouvelle.0
