For anyone who submitted in time but has not yet received the email do remember to check your Spam folder. My system categorised the email as spam and I didn't find it straight away.

Tesco (not Surrey Quays) at the till said it didn't scan but said I could try Customer Service. It didn't scan there either but they did accept it.
