The deposit isn't gifted we have saved that. Yes the expenditure is more but I am starting a permanent, decent, job. We have had the affordability checks and have passed those. The money has been kept back for me since uni (from birthdays etc) for me to use to clear off overdrafts etc and I thought now might be a good time to use it?0
