Companies House also DO NOT close bank accounts.
Only customers or the banks can do this.
No but they can freeze the account! I made the mistake of leaving nearly £500 in a ltd business account many years ago and asked for the company to be removed. Companies house then froze the money in the account and I couldn't get it out. I spoke to Companies house a number of times but couldn't resolve it!0
