    Thanks for all the ideas, I have proper brain freeze tonight! LOL

    I don't think I can freeze it as the beef mince was previously frozen, but I like the thought of having it for breakfast!

    On toast for a late snack
    Mix into a tin of soup to liven up a lunch
    Add to a baked potato then smother with grated cheeze and zap in the microwave for 30 seconds

    Was it frozen before or after cooking? If you've defrosted it to cook, you can then freeze the cooked bolognese as it's changed 'state' as such.
