We submitted our mortgage application last week and just checked OH report and its showing 1 late payment for EE last month due to him switching to first direct and EE didnt sent the DD up correctly so they said ok we will set it up and take next months. Surprise surprise they failed! So OH rang up to pay the £64
On his report it says 1 late payment but then

Is that 3 missed or 1? The status says 1 late payment :eek:
Will this ruin our chances? We submitted with Santander, we have 15% deposit on £113k home and we earn £45k between us. They ran a check on 13th Oct and not heard yet

Ohh found out they failed to set up Direct Debit 3 times and on each occasion OH rang up day after it was late and paid it hence 0000111 will this still reflect bad? x0
