Douwe Egberts winners?

I had to post several wall messages and send 2 emails regarding publication of winners from their recent £10,000 holiday and 260 tablet giveaway ( I think they were kindles) and they eventually gave me one name, Isabel from Broadstairs, after fobbing me off with data protection etc. Told me not to discuss it on their FB wall.:rotfl:
I was just thinking that with all those prizes someone on here must have won one??? Seems a bit dodgy to me even if the competition was covering other countries too. I would have my faith restored if any of you had success with this comp.

Even though there have been winners on here, it seems a bit strange they wont give out winners names when asked

Thanks for that OYL, I didn't realise that the kindles were instant wins, which explains why there wasn't 261 potential prizes to be awarded at the end of the competition. Why it seemed a bit odd, because I was watching for results for ages after the comp ended looking for IWIWIWIW (prolly got wrong number of IWs there). I'm pleased about that. It was beginning to irritate me, so I thought I'd ask, there's always someone on here that knows. Thanks again.0

I won a Kindle. It wasn't an instant win comp, they just drew names (I think it was 2 per day?) from all the entries that day - so if you entered every 24 hours you stood a better chance of winning.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0
