Wanting to remortgage House but live and work in Germany

Hi,
Can anyone give us any advice with our below dilemma:
Me and my wife live and work in Germany.
I work for a German company and get paid in euros into our German account.
My wife works for an english company and gets paid in euros into our german account.
My wife has a house in the UK where her parents live rent free but pay all the utility bills.
The house has no mortgage and worth around £130k +
We would like to release around £20 - £25k in equity from her house in the UK.
Does anyone know where to go or if its even possible with us living in Germany.
We are still registered and have a UK address.
Any help would be appreciated
