Agree it's B as the ones that I can see are:
0:17 BLUE CROSS on the back of the door
2:06 GREEN TRIANGLE on the shirt
3:01 PINK SQUARE on a little black square poster on the wall
I think the London Eye at 1:49 is the circle but it doesn't look orange to me there.
