Is it possible to make a full and final settlement offer on a ccj.
Would I be wasting my time in asking. The ccj's are 6yrs old this year.

My OH asked the exact same question and was told he can't make a F&F on a CCJ, it's pay the monthly amount or pay the outstanding and that's that.0

Yes you can make a full and final settlement on a CCJ.
It is up to the company that went for the CCJ in the first place whether or not to accept.0
