Please Help me :( Married but solo mortgage

Hi everyone,
Here's my situation, just got married (different names still), my credit score is excellent (940) my wife's score is poor.
Considering taking a solo mortgage on my name, verifying the "credit checks" i notice a "mortgage quote" record from our bank back in july (we went there for a joint quote) which results in her name being linked to mine in the "financial association".
Would this affect my application??
My broker is trying to find me a deal and i should get some options tomorrow, do you think we stand a chance for an approval???
Thanks for your help!!!

If you meet affordability should be comparatively easy to identify lender who will 'split' married couple.
If that is only link then should disassociate first.
Talk to your broker - he should be able to advise you on all this stuff with much better background than available to us.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
