Evening all Due to recent events, i have been trying to decide if bankruptcy is the right option for me. I currently have £26,000 of debt, plus a £14,000 student loan debt. I found CCCS difficult to get hold of. As for how I decided BR was the right path, it was simply a)how long it would have taken to pay back b)The constant phonecalls and letters and c)the stress & depression caused by the above. MASSIVE relief once I'd declared, knowing that although my credit rating is affected, etc, I could bear that a lot more easily than having creditors on my back for 20 years!
