Morning
I was thinking of using up some ripe bananas and on the turn carrots in a carrot and banana cake, with a cream cheese icing (using up some philadelphia)

However, I just wondered if this would be freezable with the icing on?
Also i have only 2 carrots, if I up the quantity of raisins or bananas do you think it would work?
Sorry for all the daft questions, thanks for reading this far

Oooh, yummy. On the rare occasions I've had carrot cake with cream cheese icing left over, I have successfully frozen it.
In fact you have inspired me to take a slice out of the freezer now :beer:Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
