How long till offer?

Hi, I sent off my mortgage application and it was received on the 11th September, Leeds have been asking for one document now and again, sent what they say is the last document the beginning of the week.

I have already received the valuation report about two weeks ago, any ideas how much longer it will be? Starting to worry now :mad:

Impossible to estimate with any degree of accuracy.

Those of us who use LBS on a regular basis know;-

- submit all required docs* with the application in required format
- case won't be looked at for 5 - 7 working days
- valuer won't be instructed until case fully assessed.

Even with all that, I still tend to see my cases offered within three weeks of submission, which isn't bade when nothing happens for the first ten days.

The last documents they asked for were proof I was off old mortgage and previous address. Would it be a good thing they have done valuation ?

Finally had my offer on Saturday :j the solicitor started searches last Monday , how long do these normally take?
