Full Terms

1. To enter this weekly prize draw and one-off Grand prize draw you must either, a. Follow us on twitter @AXAPPPhealth and tweet your “Little Health Thing”, using #LittleHealthThings; or b. Like us on Facebook and complete the entry form; or c. Go to our website and complete the entry form, between Sunday 13 October 2013 at 6pm to Friday 29 November 2013 at 12pm. 2. There will be one weekly prize, per week, comprising of a £100 shopping vouchers and one one-off Grand prize. 3. There is no limit to the number of times a person can enter. 4. By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. 5. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 except employees of any companies within the AXA Group of companies and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their families, agents or anyone connected or involved in the administration of this prize draw. 6. The commencement time and date for entry into this prize draw is 6.00pm Sunday 13 October 2013 and the closing date and time for entry is 12.00pm Friday 29 November 2013. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw. 7. No purchase is necessary. 8. The first entry drawn at random by the Promoter shall be the winner. 9. The winners of the weekly prize of £100 shopping vouchers will be selected at random on a weekly basis. The Promoter’s decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be invalid. 9.10. The winner of the one-off Grand final will be selected at random on Monday 2 December 2013.
