Hello
just spotted these at Acton, London branch - dried packet mixes of vegetarian suppers to make in a pan for just 28p! Might be an error or could be due to poor sales. I found mine in the soup aisle, right on the bottom shelf under Ainsley Harriot (branded cous cous, not the bloke)
Worth grabbing an armful if you're broke like me as the date on them is Nov 2014 but they're dry goods so will last years. I managed to snap up -
5 x Thai Spiced Potato Cake Mix (28p)
3 x Tomato Biryani (28p)
3 x Mixed Bean Chilli (28p)
There are heaps left too! It could just be my branch but keep an eye out - they also have the sachets of Hartley's Sugar Free Jelly for 18p (but only the lemon/lime variety) in the tinned fruit aisle (not veggie friendly, sorry)
xx

Thanks! Only 3 tomato biryanis left at the Salford/Trafford branch but I bought all 3 on my budget buying food drive! Really grateful for the heads up; I would never have spotted them otherwise! :T0 -
Saisnburys were selling off theirs for similar prices a few months ago , and I bought up a pile from "Approved foods" at 25p each.
So it would appear that most of the supermarkets are dumping them due to poor sales.0 -
