A broker is dealing with our mortgage application however he os out of the country at the mo till next week. Can I ring the mortgage company and ask where the application is up to or if its been accepted or should I just wait till next Friday x

its Santander, they ran checks last week and asked for pay slips yesterday but wanted to call them Tuesday and just see where its up too x 0 -
If they asked for payslips yesterday, nothing else is going to happen until they are uploaded to the case and signed-off.I am a mortgage broker. You supply them to broker.
Broker scans, certifies and uploads them.
Santander takes upto 48 hours to accept them.

Hi, I applied for a mortgage with Santander on a Tuesday and the following Monday I was told I was accepted subject to valuation. the valuation was 10 days later. I'm sure when your advisor returns from holiday he will have some news for you. good luck!0
