Is no-one looking after the broker's cases in his absence?

Some lenders will talk to you, some won't.

It depends who it is. Do you have the reference number etc?

If they asked for payslips yesterday, nothing else is going to happen until they are uploaded to the case and signed-off.

    You supply them to broker.

Broker scans, certifies and uploads them.

Santander takes upto 48 hours to accept them.

Back to broker for other requirements, or instruct surveyor.

Ah ok so be Tuesday anyway and he's back Friday so might as well wait sorry I'm just anxious that if they need anything else I don't want to keep them waiting x
  • Hi, I applied for a mortgage with Santander on a Tuesday and the following Monday I was told I was accepted subject to valuation. the valuation was 10 days later. I'm sure when your advisor returns from holiday he will have some news for you. good luck!
