Hi,

I have a recipe for a sauce using 0% fat greek yogurt, i dont have any & was wondering if it would work if i used low fat natural fromage frais instead or will it split if it's heated?

Thanx

    Madison's Mum,

I would take the chance (but then I'm a known chancer!). I have an idea somewhere at the back of my mind that if you blend a little cornflour with the fromage before mixing. If you just add a little at a time you will see where you are going without wrecking the meal.

    Good luck
