Hacking? paulirish?

Hello all. Just looking for some advice. This is the second time this has happened. When using the comps forums a pop-up appears in the middle of the screen & it says something like... 'paulirish.com>css>hacking' or something like that.

There is no 'X' to close the window & I can't get rid of it without holding down the power button & shutting the whole thing down. Does anyone know anything about this or what it is doing?

I am using Google Chrome & a Macbook.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your puter might have a worm infection of some kind

just done a quick goog and Paul Irish is a developer for Chrome so I don't know if that helps.

I would ask over in the Techie Forum. They're brilliant and have got me out of trouble on more than one occasion.

More likely it's a problem with chrome. i would use safari for the time.

If you're using a mac, press the F3 button and you should be able to see all your windows at the moment. Then just see if you can delete it that way xx
