morning all,
im looking to pay off my mortgage in full, however i have a slight query with regards to the early repayment charges (if they are applicable)
my 2 years fixed rate ends on the 1st november and i know that if i was to pay my mortgage off in full before that date, i will incur a charge of 2k. my question is, is there likely to be a charge after that date?
many thanks

Your mortgage offer letter copy will verify your terms. Normally though, the tie in ends when the deal ends.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). If you repay the mortgage after the ERP period ends, you'll pay the redemption figure calculated on the redemption date and this will include the outstanding capital, any accrued interest and the mortgage account fee (if any).I am a mortgage broker.
