Ordering On Sainsburys New Website

Just something to be wary of after what happened to me earlier .

I had two vouchers to use for £12 and earlier placed an order with Sainsburys groceries .The order at first checkout was for £45 and the two vouchers brought it down to £33 and the deliverey charge was showing as £6.95 ( when it should have been £3.99) and the notes said this was because my order was under £40 ...Now I knew this wasn't right as the £40 is a pre vouchers cost .
I phoned Sainsburys and the young guy who answered said this was correct and the system calculated the delivery cost after the vouchers were deducted . Despite my protestations as I knew that was wrong he was insistent he was right ...I asked to speak to a supervisor and she agreed with me and said the other guy was wrong .
She thought it might be to do with the new website and apologised and sent me a voucher for £6.95 and said she would speak to the guy .
So if you have vouchers to take off and that affects the delivery cost just be aware of what happened to me .

It's being rolled out gradually, so not all areas have it yet.

When I was on the 'phone last night the girl asked me what I thought of the new website and I said I didn't see much difference .
