Can i use a 3tiered stand alone steamer to cook a steamed pudding?
Looked but doesn't say in the instructions.

    yes you can I use mine every year for my christmas puddings, I just use my normal recipie and steam for as long as it says. If you are steaming for a long time dont forget to keep topping up the water, and remember to keep setting the timer

    Thanks i have some mini pud basins so doing treacle for one jam for another and spotted !!!!!! for me .
