sorry if im being stupid, but how can it be fat free when its got Sugar in the Recipe?

Because sugar is not fat it is a carbohydrate. Fat is butter, oil, margarine etc.
However you are right! It will still make you fat!
But slower than when made with fat!!!

Had a recipe from this site for a banana cake/bread which I have used many times, but have lost the recipie.
Have tried to find it unsuccessfully!
