Fridge Cookies

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the cookie dough that you can keep in the fridge in a sausage shape for 2 weeks and slice and bake when you like. I made these at the weekend and they were brill. The kids then distroyed the print out with the recipie on it. :eek: I have searched the threads this morning but i must be blind!
