Using Up English Toffee

Does anyone know of any recipes to use English Toffee?
I was given a box of Thorntons English toffee and although I love the taste I am always scared of losing a tooth!
Wondering if I can use it for cooking - like millionaires shortbread or something - but no idea how to do it!
Has anyone ever tried cooking with toffee?
Any recipes welcome.
I ve tried google but I keep getting recipes for making toffee! :rotfl:
Thankyou

In my family, we have a traditional 'cake' for birthdays, that is essentially a massive rice crispie cake. You could use it for that! Recipe couldn't be simpler:
10oz rice crispies
10oz marshmallows (must be the traditional pink and white ones. The small ones or flump-type ones don't melt well)
10oz dairy toffee
5oz butter
Melt the butter gently over a low heat.
Add the marshmallows and toffees, and melt together, stirring constantly, until blended into a caramel-coloured mixture.
Put the rice crispies in a large bowl, keeping a couple of handfuls to one side.
Make a small 'well' in the rice crispies, and pour in the caramel mixture. Working quickly, mix together. Add the rice crispies that you held back to the saucepan to take up the caramel residue, then add to the main batch.
If the mix looks too sticky, add more rice crispies. It won't hold together very well if it's too sticky.
Press the mixture firmly into a cake tin and leave to cool.0 -
