That if you buy something from Amazon.co.uk and it reduces in price within 30 days you can reclaim the difference?
Anyone know how you go about this as i cant find anything on their site?

Yes it is
I did this 1 month ago when an item i bought went down in price by £10.
I just used the contact us link on the help page, doesnt seem a very well advertised offer.0 -
Now, THAT's a really handy thing to know!“When the customer comes first, the customer will last”0

Couldn't find this referred to ANYWHERE on the .co.uk site but I did find it on their US counterpart:

Ye i did this, this week for Hot Fuzz which went down by £2 overnight. Just go to the help section and then refunds and contact them from there. Just say something along the lines of "the price has dropped and due to your price promise can i have the difference refunded" they are really helpful and nice when they reply. When i brought Hot Fuzz it was £15.98 so it qualified for free supersaver delivery but with the £2 off it didnt. I thought they might charge me for delivery once they changed it to £13.98 but they didnt which i think is really good.
They dont advertise it as it would lose them alot of money but it is a very useful thing to know.Offical MSE Fantasy League Member:beer:0 -
