Just need to remember that rates are only going to go one way
UP !!!
I am moving away from A&L / Santander as they couldnt offer me what FirstDirect could offer which was is 3.29% fixed for 5 years and no fees , unlim over payments , not the silly £500 max a month and 10% in January like Santander offered !!0 -
Hi Claire80,
I realize this was a couple of years ago but we are in this position now with wanting to transfer mortgage to anew home. Unfortunately Santander are allowing us to transfer the rate for the exiting amount of the mortgage but not the flexible features, which we like. Were you able to keep the overpayment/credit facility features of your mortgage after moving?
Thanks
