Yes, this is the sort of day im having.
I managed to get myself locked out of the house before and one of the neighbours kindly broke me in. However, beloved jazmine had kindly toileted on the carpet and said neighbour inadvertently trod it through the lounge carpet.
It stinks too
Anyone got any top tips with what to remove this with. Ive the usual raft of OS cleaning gear plus loads of assorted chemicals I havnet been able to use up yet ( over 18 months since I stopped buying it can you believe!) . Sadly I dont have any Mr muscle foam which would be my first thought of what would be good.
PLEASE HELP!

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Best thing I have found is available from pet shops and is called Simple Solution Cat Stain and Odour Remover - in a trigger pack bottle. I've used it for both cats and dogs successfully.
I bought it in my local Pets at Home store.
It did the trick when my dog was caught short and pee'd and poo'd on the hall carpet. No lingering smell, product apparently has enzymes in it that kill off the bacteria. I keep a bottle in the cupboard now against future emergencies.
Not entirely MS, but it's by far the best product I've found, and I can't remember how much it was, about £6, but worth every penny.
GQIf you have a talent, use it in every which way possible. Don't hoard it. Don't dole it out like a miser. Spend it lavishly like a millionaire intent on going broke.

thanks groatie queen but theres no way I can get out today ( no keys!) so need something more storeecupbard. Will bear that in mind for later tho as I have to put in an order for kong bals for her,so that might bump up my order a bit so I dont have to pay postage:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Scrape up what solids you can (being careful not to spread it futher) the best thing to sponge the stain off would be warm water with a few drops of ammonia, but if you dont have that, maybe warm water with some biological washing powder.
To neutralize smells, one part vinegar to 5 parts water sprayed onto the areas should help.0 -
i dont have bio powder would non bio work the same or is that the key difference? ( ie bio more aggressive?) I cant use bio cos of my skin so I dont buy it.. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

If I don't feed my cat quickly enough for her liking, she poos under my desk
I use babywipes to pick up carefully and clean the stain.
Then I drop kick it through the back door.

I think there is something in the bio powder that is a bit more effective (prob why some people are sensative to it) but i would try the non bio, could work!!!
Ive also used baby wipes for all sorts of 'mishaps' on my carpets, but they tend to be better for small areas, rather than trod around a whole room!!!0 -
hi all
last night my dog messed on the carpet,no idea why never done it before since a pup
anyway, its been cleaned up and then i shampooed the carpet with a bissel this morning too
smell is still there, what can i use any ideas please?0 -
You could try sprinkling the area with bicarbonate of soda, leaving it overnight, and then vacuuming the next day.

a wise old woman once advised
"you do the shake and vac and put the freshness back, do the shake and vac and put the freshness back!, when your carpet smells fresh, your room does too, everytime you vacuume remember what to do!"0
