Partner new job

Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me with this question.
Me and my partner are looking at buying our first home, we haven't agreed a mortgage in principale yet.
The down side we are having is that my partner has only recently moved jobs, she moved to a much much much better paid about 3 weeks ago but of course like any new job has a 3 month probation period... When we apply for a mortgage now will this count against us or should we wait 3,6 months until we apply?
We ideally like to move out in the next 2 months.

Some lenders won't have a problem with this. Some will.
You need to approach one of the more accommodating lenders, or ask a broker to go through the available lender options for you.I am a mortgage broker. I know of several, yes.
However, I do not know the rest of your financial make-up, which is what your broker can establish and make proper recommendations.
As an authorised/regulated broker I can't make suggestions for fear of being considered "advising."I am a mortgage broker.
