That's the wrong piece of legislation, there are more ways to skin this cat. There is a superior EU law.If you don't know what you are talking about keep quiet0

I received today a reply from Barclays declining my claim for mis-selling or compensation. I am furious in a sense that they sent me the reply today without even receiving my questionaire back (which I posted yesterday).
They simply knew the answer before I wrote back to them using a more like template letter with a few addings.
Needless to say that I found this letter a standard one, a reply first letter that these companies always send to the customers and wait to see if they feel scared and put off to takeany furhter action...
I took this reply very badly and found it to be very disrespectable! For sure I will take this complain further and dismiss their assumptions written in a pice of paper that any broker can write down whatever he wants knowing that the customer is/was naive enough to accept it!!!0
