90% Mortgages

Hi,

Just wondered if anyone could advise if there are any 90% mortgages oout there when you have late payment & 1 default on your file.

We are well within the affordability & other than the above have no other adverse debt/credit.

Late Payments are over 6 months old & default is with Vodaphone after 3 late payments becuase the Bill was in query amounts to £50.00

I appreciate its hard to advise with little information, but thought Id ask...

Thanks for your help.

How many late payments? When? Do they look like this;-

    001001010 or 0002101001?

What was the date of the default and its date of satisfaction?

    Registration date as well, please.

Is this stuff visible on all three versions of your credit file?

    Call Credit.

£2 paper statutory files are fine for this. Don't sign up to subscription services and don't buy into the CRA "credit score" nonsense. Lenders look at the raw data and take no notice of a number dreamed up as a way of generating income for a CRA.
