cant find tinsel tie

Hi, does anybody know where I can buy that mini wired tinsel used to wrap presents? I live in Horsham and so far have checked The Works and Poundland with no luck and cant seem to find it on Ebay, also looking to purchase a large amount so as cheap as possible. Thanks everyone
