If you have run out of jaffas savvy.50p sada at the moment.

Certainly not ran out! (I bought exactly enough to last till their best befores, and a little bit beyond, as BB is just advisory as to quality, doesn't mean it is unsafe beyond that date. No way I was paying 50p for more when I got them at 1p to the longest date possible.) Besides...50p for 12?:eek: SP ones (12) were cheaper at 40p (now pack size change, more expensive I think, maybe still in M at 40p or maybe they've increased a few pence, may or may not be cheaper now than the 50p JCs in A (if so, another example of where a branded item may be cheaper than 'value') and anyway no-one needs any JCs as they bought enough to last to the November date that they were on at the time of the 1p glitching:p).

JCs at 50p are on my Tvs A and my Svs A I think!:)

Having sampled both,I actually prefer the smart price ones 80p for 24.

I agree that some of the smart price stuff has shot up in my price. What I find difficult to understand is why all the value products from the big four do not compare on my supermarket. Just checked the smart price yogurts. Same weight as others but doesn't compare.

I took tweets advice and tried the sainsbury's 27p fair trade teabags and am converted. Sure I tried them about a year ago and didn't like them! Maybe i am tighter now(lol). The value ones are 37p and asda's smart price 39p but don't compare with sainsburys. Sorry for those who lost out on the second round of lynx. I nearly went and tried to recover my first loss today but thankfully someone posted it had finished.

(And, as an aside onto that, if such a thing is possible, moving to a separate point entirely - maybe craftily moved out of size that used to be comparable vs M, so that they no longer are? And thus no longer giving the 10% off 40p they used to when they were half the size and number of the new 80p ones.)
