I've been on the phone to Tosco because I transferred money from TCB for clubcard points and the cut off for the next mailing is 19th October. Was sent a confirmation email last week by TCB and it never showed up. Tosco say the transaction was for 1 point instead of over 1000 points :eek: and now I have to wait for TCB to answer a support ticket :mad: so I doubt I'll get them points for Christmas.
