I did this with my instore APG's but had extended these to last date too.
It's the ONLINE ones I need to extend

Should I prepare myself for some grief when I come to use it
Probably not, just explain that is what was issued and that the websites states £15+ APGs are subject to additional security PRIOR to being released
If I were challenged I would go with "I think competitor X have reduced the price of product Y to clear and Sada promise to beat that price by 10%"
Most of the staff don't know enough about APG to know that competitors RTCs aren't matched (although Sally Hansen and Don Simon were so it's not far fetched)
Never had to use the line yet though. I just find it best to be prepared (DIB DIB)Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

#Agghhh, just logged into my clubcard account and got this message and there are no points there at the moment.
"We are currently processing your Clubcard statement. Any points carried forward to your next statement will be added to your account soon. Check back next week!"
Is it normal for the points to disappear while they prepare the statement
