Actually just found out tonight it works on any cheese not just Tesco or Tesco finest - very useful with anchor cheese vouchers......
I wonder if it works on anything?
Do the yoghurt MOCs work on any yoghurt? They came in the same batch....I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. My own Sains. shop today - few pence over £2.50 spend: needed some potatoes early enough in the evening. No decent whoopsie prices available (prices of 80p on own brand bread:eek: and others ridiculously more expensive on supposed short-date sale than any offer prices on the same items from other times).
Ended up walking round Sains. - thinking "they're just a way expensive store aren't they?" Just , and . No 82p bacon, all ridiculous prices and offers. Then a tannoy came on... about a "2 for £2.50" on some item or other - live well for... I thought "live well for complete rip-off price", normal offers on that type of item (whatever it was) are £1. So it certainly isn't living well for 'less' in my view.
No Basics Handwash to tip me over the £2.50 (and already used that before for same purpose anyway, so got enough). After a while, the Fabulous Bakin Boys 5 Chunky Choccy Flapjacks came to the rescue. I noticed a 38p offer:T:T on the normal shelving (may be store-specific). I bet you'll tell me whoopsied ones can sometimes be got for 2 or 5p. Never mind. Long date on it, and offers on packs of FBB flapjacks in M do go down to 50p. SEL in S had a crossed out £1.50 and the 38p whilst stocks last (a few stocks lasting!).
So...by my reckoning that's a twelve pence saving on the price of 50p. Given my last shop was 7p over the £2.50 and this one, coincidentally 7p over, that's a 2p net loss by me though:(:(:rotfl:.0 -

I have that on my livingroom wall, along with a huge picture of times square and a new York scene I picked up off a street vendor when I was there second time. I love NY !!0 -
You may have missed it in my last post! Other people would just have written:

I am totally confused, why are you trying to spend 2.50 in Sainbugs?
