3dogs, you are of course correct, not everyone is "at it".

So if people feel i've "tared them all with the same brush" I apologize.

I'd like to thank people for the touching pm,s facebook messages and texts.

Some questions have been asked, which i'm happy to answer.

Have you been drinking frequent ? No.

Have you had a breakdown frequent ? No.

Have you been caught out in store ? No.

What I have been doing is research and study.

This flo flo thing really is at the upper end of taking the p1 ss.

Those of you who are doing it, are robbing not only my pension fund, but your own to ( although you may not be aware your fund is invested into this FT100 company).

I'll stop making noise when you stop robbing my fund.

    Not to mention fraud, again.

The new user code is for new users, how many times can one person be a new user ?

Read the T&C's of the offer, then tell me it's not fraud.

In the mean time I see flo flo's reaction.

Taking a break is a reaction, just as a fox freezes in the headlights, the criminal reaction to being caught is to run.

    Fraud is a criminal offence.

Bit late for that really, given peoples names, ads, bank card numbers, car reg, cctv.

All that for a few joints of lamb or excess shopping ?

This is where greed overtakes sense.

Those of us with a shred of self respect have steered well clear of doing a flo flo.

Savvy shopping is one thing, fraud is another.

Round on me if you want, i'm not going to run away.

What I will do, is stand up for what I think is right, not bow down to those who think doing the wrong thing is ok.

Those who have used company computers, would also bear in mind that the IP ad is easily tracked, i'm sure your employers will be pleased with your efforts.

All that is happening just makes it harder for everyone else.

I'm not sure what the position is with the snakes, at a guess, i'd say the C&C orders are completely trackable, the overlarge apg will flag up.

As the poster who received a banning order from c&c has proven, the supermarkets aren't as stupid as people have them marked down for.

Maybe think about that before shouting from the roof top.

Can you edit or delete a post from a locked thread ? Or is the evidence locked in there ?

For your own research :Obtaining pecuniary advantage by deception.

Thank you for putting your point across in such a good manor.

I feel you are just trying to look out for others.

Personally I have not done the type of shop to which you are referring. I was lucky enough to be sent a £15 off your next order by t. And the week I wanted to shop both my adult children did too. Different shops to differnt people across the country. My children also went through their tcb accounts as was genuinely their first orders. I did pay for dd shop as she is having a tough time financially.
The same as the a's codes a few weeks ago. Didn't feel right to me so I left well alone.

I feel you were trying to warn people to tread carefully, stay safe and also to protect our thread. For this I commend you.

I do now think the name of this type of shopping was the wrong one.
It is a clever loophole but one t's appear to be closing quickly.

I love coupons and glitching. It is very clever and I have learnt a lot from this forum, but this is not the main reason I read it. I read because I am now caught up in reading about everyones lives and love some of the games and debates.

As always an individual does what they feel comfortable with and nothing anyone says will stop this.

I applaud you for watching out for folk on here, many as we know are struggling to survive this economic climate.

  • I was 19 when had 1st, by the time 24 I had 5 kids to look after.

OH was older and rough! ... so we had the negative comments. Nearly 30 years later, we are still in love and all except one have gone to Uni, but this one is more practical and is doing very well. All are lovely kind, generous and polite with a focus on kindness not possessions. I am proud of them.

I totally agree with you Bradley, my girls definately know that NO means NO and myself and DH are on the same page. my girls are both 7 and have never yet played us off against each other.

We went to asda and both wanted a pencil case 50p each and said that she buy it with her tooth fairy money and buy her sister one too, but she had forgotten her money. But as soon as we got home she ran upstairs to get her £1 for me. Bless her xxx

As appears in the Baileys thread on grabbit....
    - you also get a til spit for Bailey's chocolate luxe 50cl (save £3) but doesn't begin until 4th Nov. Not sure if til spit is on all purchases of Baileys or just if you buy 2 bottles. The chocolate one is a good price at Morribobs at present but offer ends on the 3rd Nov before you can use til spit. [...]

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

As regards the 1L Bailey's itself, it's a very good offer on that product and seems to be "buy in M". It's quite likely that you will get an MOC (a WYS more generally) if you buy two bottles as the cond. spend MOCs appear to be triggered by amount of spend and £18 spend will probably get that. Presumably the first trigger is at £10 shopping bill? (Which one bottle, by itself, doesn't reach.) No guarantees though - I've no idea when MOCs are or aren't triggered.

Also, of course the MOCs tie you in to shopping again at M. And the WYS requires you to spend a proper shop to get a pound or two off. Trouble is I never spend that much and the amount of the 'saving' is less than the spending I'd unnecessarily have to do to reach that amount. So beware...as I'm sure everyone on this money-saving thread is!!:T

May be good though if you have a Halifax current account that offers occasional 10% cashback off spending, including Argos and...Morrisons! To then invoke when spending the WYS amount (exclusively on items cheapest in Morries and N/A elsewhere). Need to use the Halifax debit card to pay with, and of course I'm sure you're aware of the lack of interest on anything in the account, just a monthly "reward" for paying so much (e.g. monthly salary) in and direct debits or whatever. I always run it right down immediately, into Nationwide's 5% account, as no point having extra money lying around with no interest being earned on it.

Regarding my own spending, elsewhere, when getting till spits etc., Sains./Nectar still constantly offering me 120 pts off £30 spend. In other words, 60p:(:(. It hasn't stopped since I took it up once (but then I was spending £10 worth of Nectar points and the other £20 into BM with £10 back). Otherwise, no!! Wanting me to spend more than I need. Instead, I've decided to... go the opposite way!!:rotfl::j:j Instead of spending more, and going for their offer as they (may) wish, I've reduced my spending down and right down. Just redemptions of £2.50 Nectar points (gained off Adpoints and getting a car insurance quote from them and then not taking it up) and a few pence in fact. Hopefully the low low spending will bring their trigger point down. I find it hard to reach £20 let alone 30.:rotfl:
