Quick question re DTD at mr T's.
If you spot something, do you query it when it is going through the checkout or do you pay for it and then go to customer service?
I think the mistake I've made in the past is to say "that's not right" at the checkout if I've been overcharged.
I try to scan the product before paying, that saves you a trip to CS when it scans at the correct price, and also gives you a little time to prepare yourself.pay for it then go to cs DONT USE self service till
Self serve has nothing to do with it Martin. the sale is completed once you have paid for the good and have your receipt.
Having said that, I no where your coming from, it's another excuse for CS to throw at you when you ask for dtd, ( i'm usually on my phone, so don't notice the over charge.

Another piece of ammo for CS, they will try and tell you that "it doesn't count because you have not left the store".
Utter rubbish, but if you want to run smoothly, take the goods to the car or bus stop, sit down for a few minutes, compose yourself.
Polite works better than aggression.
NEVER let the c/s person wonder over to the sel by their self, some will take it off and hide it, pretending and lying to managers about what really happened.
Last thing to remember, do not hammer the same store over and over, it will lead to a store ban.Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -
