Frequent is right, but only to a point. By using new customer codes over and over, there is a risk of fraud. As soon as you use your payment card at an address it's not registered at....it's fraud! it doesn't happen often, but it's a possibility.

You don't need a new account or made up address. Each of my FloFlos were on behalf of a family member who let me sign them up to T.com or through discounts emailed to my own accounts

They either refuse to shop at T or have no desire to shop online so were happy for me to use their payment card/delivery address

If people were setting up new accounts at the same address then that i their choice/risk
